Brothers Ben started with a simple idea: small businesses deserve honest, understandable technology support. The best solution isn’t necessarily the biggest or most complicated one. It’s the one that helps your business do its work.
Our focus is on getting the foundations right, then improving the systems your team relies on. We’re especially interested in the little operational knots that create extra admin and slow good people down.
Our CRM experience includes six years designing and developing a custom system while working at a smoke alarm business. That work taught us to start with the real workflow: understand how work arrives, moves through the business and gets completed, then make the software support that process.
Brothers Ben is currently run by one of the Bens, so you’ll work directly with the person doing the consulting and delivery.
